Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026. This policy explains what information Auvique Digital collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Auvique Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency that runs the website auvique.digital. For any privacy question, email us at alishbaazeem125@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, request a free audit, hire us or message us through a platform such as Upwork or LinkedIn, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, Google Business Profile link, location and any details you choose to share about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting, security and caching tools may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
Client account access. If you hire us, you may give us access to tools such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ad accounts, social media accounts or your website. We use that access only to deliver the services you request.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and prepare audits, proposals and quotes
- To deliver, manage and report on the services you hire us for
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To improve our website and services
- To meet legal obligations
4. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process personal data on these legal bases: your consent; the need to take steps before, or to perform, a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and freelance or payment platforms, and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or merger.
6. Third-party services
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. Our site also links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn and Upwork. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work, stay secure and load quickly. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to client accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email us at alishbaazeem125@gmail.com.
California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
UK and EU residents may also complain to their local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
Australian residents may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if they are not satisfied with our response.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
12. International transfers
We are based in the United States and work with clients in other countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, and we take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
