1. Our services

Auvique Digital provides digital marketing services, including SEO and AEO, Google Business Profile management, website design, off-page SEO, guest posts and niche edits, social media marketing, email marketing and retargeting ads. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in the proposal, quote, invoice or platform contract (such as an Upwork contract) agreed with you. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms, including deposits and monthly retainer billing, are set out in your agreement. Work booked through Upwork or another platform is paid under that platform’s terms.
• We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
• Advertising budgets for Google, Facebook, TikTok or other platforms are paid by you directly to those platforms and are separate from our fees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access we need (for example to your website, Google Business Profile or ad accounts) in good time.
• Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, images, logos or trademarks you send us.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time. Delays on your side can push back timelines.
• Follow the rules of the platforms we work on for you, such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

4. No guaranteed results

Search engines, AI answer tools, map listings and ad platforms are controlled by third parties and change often. We use proven, ethical methods and work hard to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, number of leads or sales. Any forecasts or examples we share are estimates, not promises.

5. Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, policy decisions or algorithm updates made by Google, Meta, TikTok, website hosts or other third-party platforms, or for decisions those platforms make about your accounts.

6. Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as website designs, content and graphics, except for third-party items like stock images, fonts, themes and plugins, which stay subject to their own licenses. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your business and show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your private business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to provide our services, unless we are required by law to disclose them.

8. Ending the work

Either side may end ongoing monthly services with 30 days’ written notice, unless your agreement says otherwise. You pay for work completed up to the end date. On request, we will hand back or remove our access to your accounts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Auvique Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not copy our content or design for commercial use without permission, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam or harmful code. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use our website or sign an agreement with us is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Auvique Digital is based, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
